IT Support for MOD Personnel
Shropshire MOD IT Support
We have a proven track record of repairing, maintaining, servicing and upgrading MOD (Ministry Of Defense) computers (MOD lapttops and PCs) and MOD staff computers.
To date we have repaired computers and upgraded computers for numerous soldiers in Telford, soldiers in Shrewsbury, RAF personnel in Cosford and RAF personnel in Shawbury and MOD staff throughout Shropshire.
Locally, we have repaired computers for many staff at MOD Donnington (Telford), Cosford - Albrighton and others. In some cases we have collected and returned computers to gate houses and residential addresses, or people can simply drop off their faulty sytems.
To date, we have successfully diagnosed, repaired and/or upgraded every faulty MD personnel computer.
Further afield, we have repaired and upgraded MOD computers at numerous Ministry of Defence sites, including Abbey Wood, GCHQ and MDBA.
Kevin has visited Abbey Wood numerous times and resolved a number of issues for the UK Military (RAF, Navy and Army). Indeed, on many accasions, senior staff at Abbey Wood also brought their personal computers to Abbey Wood for Kevin to diagnose and repair.
Kevin has installed, configured, diagnosed and repaired numerous machines and components at GCHQ.
Kevin was asked to visit, fault-find - redesign the MDBA (Ministry of Defence and British Aerospace) internal networks. He did this successfully and resolved multiple issues.
Note;
When repairing Ministry Of Defense Computers or repairing computers for military personnel - Ministry Of Defense staff, we never view documents etc. Our background provides a grounding in what is required. Eg; although Kaspersky Anti Virus software is arguably the best available. However we do not install Kaspersky on Ministry Of Defense computers or personal systems which log into Ministry Of Defense systems because of concerns of the UK government because it was created in Russia. Obviously, we also do not supply or install Huawei hardware.
